Physical therapy at Be Well. by Moov addresses chronic issues such as back pain, sciatica, tennis elbow, nerve impingement, and more. As a natural treatment method for injury, it can reduce reliance on pain medication and shorten the time before patients are able to return to regular activities.
Each Physical Therapy session is a private one-on-one session with the therapist.
At Be Well. by Moov, we treat the body as a whole, taking a step back to evaluate the true cause or adjunct to an issue or diagnosis. We aim to promote awareness and integration of the body/mind connection.
Dr. Shanie is a hands-on therapist that will spend most of your session utilizing a variety of manual techniques such as dry needling, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, joint mobilization and muscle energy techniques. She couples manual therapy with stabilization and postural movements (exercises) to maintain positive change and correct muscle imbalances within the body.
Clean Treatment Area
To ensure safety during these unique times, each appointment is followed by a 15 minute break for adequate cleaning of all surfaces, door handles, table, etc.
